Qualified 1993, Registered Tax Agent 1994, admitted as CPA in 1996 and issued with Public Practice Certificate in 2003.

Frank has over 25 years experience in Public Services and Public Practice. Commenced with the Australian Taxation office in April 1986 and spent over 8 years working in areas such as Individual Tax Audit, Business Audit, Tax Law Advising and the Tax Agent Liaison center.

In 1994 commenced work in Public Practice and in June 2004 joined Premier Business Consultancy Pty Ltd.
